What do I do if I'm not sure about my shoe size?
Please refer to the “Size Guide” on each product profile for sizing specifications by style.

What can I do if my size is out of stock or out of stock?
Even if your size is sold out, feel free to email us the style and size you want at info@anayraquel.com , and we will keep you informed about our upcoming collections or possible replenishments.

Do you accept returns and exchanges?
ana + raquel can accept exchange requests within seven (7) calendar days from the date of delivery of the order.

Can I modify my order once it has been placed?
If you wish to modify your order, please send a request, including your order number, to info@anayraquel.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, if your order has already been shipped, our normal return policy will apply.
Can the shipping address be different from the billing address?
Yes, as long as the shipping address is within Peruvian Territory.
