Shipping
All orders are processed once your purchase is verified.
Lima: Between 3 to 5 business days.
Districts: ALL
Provinces: Within 15 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your purchase within one business day. If you do not receive the confirmation email after one business day, please send us an email with the problem to info@anayraquel.com. If you wish to pick up your purchase, you can do so by booking an appointment at our showroom located in Chacarilla, Lima, Peru.
Method of payment
You can use the following payment methods through our Izipay payment gateway: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and American Express. In case Izipay rejects your card, please check that:
- Your card is not expired.
- The credit limit does not exceed the maximum amount allowed for a single charge.
- Check with your bank to ensure that the card has not exceeded the amount allowed for purchases.
- Please check that you have correctly filled out all the required fields.
Is it safe to use my credit card on the web?
Yes, the card details are only entered on a page owned by the payment gateway and are transmitted in encrypted form. ana+raquel will only be aware of the result of the transaction. We do not have access to any data from the card used for the purchase.
Orders and Products
What should I do if I receive a defective item?
ana+raquel only sells items in perfect condition. Please note that there may be slight variations in the finish of the product due to the artisanal process and the use of a natural material such as leather. However, if you receive your product with any imperfection, please contact us by sending a message to info@anayraquel.com and we will solve the problem as soon as possible.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
In the unlikely event that you receive a product that you have not purchased, please contact us immediately by sending an email to info@anayraquel.com.
Where can I pick up my order?
You can receive your order at the address of your choice (home, work, etc.) nationwide or schedule pick up at the Showroom (Lima).
Can the delivery city be different from the purchase city?
Yes, as long as the delivery city is in Peru (for credit cards issued in Peru)
Returns and Exchanges
For purchases made online in Lima or Province, size changes or returns can only be made due to manufacturing defects during the first seven (7) calendar days after the arrival of the product.
- To make the right to exchange effective, it is essential that the product(s) are in perfect condition, with no signs of use, have the original packaging and the documents with which it was delivered (purchase receipt, invoice, reference guide).
- Product changes will be subject to existing stock and an evaluation within a maximum period of 7 business days. If the product is out of stock, you may opt for another product of equal value, greater value (assuming the difference), or of lesser value (there will be no refund or credit in your favor).
- When collecting the product purchased on the website, it must be delivered to the courier completely sealed and packaged (as it was delivered and with its original packaging).
- Changes do not apply to products purchased on sale.
- A change can only be made once. A second change cannot be made and the money will not be returned.
- Customers who paid an initial shipping fee will not be subject to another shipping charge in the case of exchanges and returns due to manufacturing defects. (The shipping cost for exchanges and returns due to manufacturing or size defects will be borne by customers who did not pay an initial shipping fee.)
- Province (only PERU): Customers who made their purchases in the province must go to our Courier Urbana agencies and leave the packaging completely sealed (in case of manufacturing defect). All products have a strict quality control in order to detect possible damage or defects before shipping. If you receive a product that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately and send us a photo of it.

- Please make sure you comply with the policies described above. Remember that the product must not show signs of use. Any exchange or return will be subject to evaluation.
- Refunds will be made through the same payment method used in the original purchase transaction.
- If it is a credit or debit card extension, the time will depend on the bank that issued the card, which is generally between 20 to 25 business days.
- ana+raquel may reject the request for exchange or return of the product if a breach of the conditions described in this document is detected.
